Candina Weston is an international technology executive with experience across the United States, Europe and Asia. She is experienced in marketing, sales, strategy, operations and change management, and has led multiple global marketing, go to market, transformation and scale initiatives for Microsoft across B2B and B2C customer segments leveraging AI driven insights to drive scale, growth and transformation, leading with both data and creativity.
As the CMO and COO of Experiential Marketing at Microsoft, Candina was part of the team to launch the first large global digital event by a global company at the very beginning of the pandemic.
Candina holds an Executive Masters in Change Management from INSEAD and as a Director of Global Strategy led global Change Management initiatives during Microsoft's major period of transformation.
Now as an independent consultant Candina advises the C-suite on transformation of the customer experience, and how to leverage data in this process. She draws from her own experience working with AI based data, coupled with input from thought leaders such as Accenture and McKinsey, to inform this process.
Embedding business practices that meet Sustainable Development Goals requires similar transformation principles to those applied to digital transformation. Candina is working with organisations around the world to help to embed sustainable business practices and was a featured speaker at Ultramarine on Necker Island. Candina speaks at multiple events to help executives understand how to leverage AI and data to inform strategy and content decisions.
